Begin with permission and purpose
Define the permitted purpose and access conditions before analysis. Use client-authorized data, appropriately aggregated or de-identified datasets, public information and market research where suitable. Do not treat the existence of a dataset as permission to use it.
Preserve the evidence boundary
Separate what the source records from the analyst’s interpretation. An accepted claim does not prove dispensing. A denial reason does not automatically establish the underlying clinical or operational cause. Record what remains uncertain.
End with a decision
Connect analysis to a commercial implication, an action owner and a measure for follow-up. The objective is to improve the next decision with evidence, while respecting the limits of what the data can support.
