Name the question first

A value dossier, budget-impact analysis or real-world evidence study has a different role depending on the decision ahead. Identify the stakeholder, decision context and uncertainty before selecting the evidence format.

Keep assumptions visible

Local data availability, comparators, utilization assumptions and cost inputs affect interpretation. Document their origin and limitations. A model should make the implications of uncertainty understandable rather than hide them behind a single estimate.

Connect evidence with execution

The same evidence may need a different expression for a payer committee, a clinical request and a field-team playbook. Preserve scientific integrity while making the information usable at the relevant decision point.
